Chingford and Woodford Green update

22 April 2015

Rebecca Tully and Party members leafleting at Highams Park station

Rebecca Tully, candidate for Chingford and Woodford Green, and local party members have been visiting constituents to tell them what the Green Party stand for and asking if they'll vote Green. We've had some great conversations on door steps over the last few months in the areas we've canvassed and we hope to visit a few more yet.

In addition, we've had some great responses at stations and markets throughout the constituency. People have literally stopped in their tracks to take a leafet upon realising that we're from the Green Party. Voters appear excited by the chance to vote Green and we've even had new volunteers signing up to help with the campaign after taking a leaflet.

Meanwhile, Rebecca Tully has written five reasons to vote Green in Chingford and Woodford Green for the local Waltham Forest Guardian newspaper.and also written a response to a question posed by Redbridge Gingerbread, on why single parents should vote for the Green Party.
