The libraries include Hale End Library, in Castle Avenue, Highams Park; Higham Hill Library, in North Countess Road, Walthamstow; and Wood Street Library, in Forest Road, Walthamstow.

Given that the majority of Waltham Forest and Redbridge residents voted to remain, we know that a lot of people in these boroughs will also be upset at the result.
